Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen

We chose this hotel for our wedding trip to Copenhagen, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! Everything was absolutely perfect during our 4-day stay. The breakfast was delicious and had so many great options. The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from the Copenhagen City Hall. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always smiling. Since we were there for our wedding, they even upgraded our room, and we got to stay in a beautiful suite with Tivoli view. On top of that, they surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate our marriage — such a thoughtful gesture! Honestly, we can’t remember ever feeling this special and happy during any other stay. It was a truly unforgettable experience. We’re so grateful to everyone at the hotel and can’t wait to come back to Copenhagen for our anniversaries and stay here again. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️

I booked at the last minute because of an issue with work. I was tired and hungry arriving and the staff was incredibly gentle, kind and patient. There was parking within a couple of minutes' walk - which was easily paid for, via a few different methods. I was checked in efficiently and given all relevant information. The room itself was clean and very well presented. There was plenty of space and the bed was quite comfortable. I didn't need to adjust anything, but there seemed to be full control over the heating/air conditioning available. I arrived in time for the hotel restaurant and had, genuinely, one of the best meals I've ever experienced - the flavours were fantastic and the portions were perfectly sized, in my opinion. I will certainly recommend even just the restaurant to people who don't need accommodation but are looking for a great meal in a great setting!

Nice location just across Tivoli. It’s not on the seaside. Breakfast was good. Restaurant for dinner also nice. The reason we booked this hotel was a size of the room (suit) which is around 40sqm.. Room service was good and also the front desk was very helpful.

The location of the hotel is fantastic if you want to use public transportation. It's 5 minutes walk from Copenhagen's central train station, and close also to bus stations and the subway. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the city hall square and the shopping streets. There are a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The concierge service was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

Absolutely perfect stay! The hotel's location is unbeatable—right across from the train station, next to Tivoli, and just a short walk from the famous shopping street, Strøget. The convenience is exceptional, especially with the car park located just under the hotel. The room was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a fantastic mix of international and authentic Danish flavors. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. For our next visit to Copenhagen, this will undoubtedly be our only choice!
